All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (UK Currency), and are for the entire property, per week. Rentals run from Saturday 5pm to the following Saturday 10am. Telephone and Central Heating in the Chateaux are metered and charged for at cost. Payment can be by cheque, credit card or bank transfer.

* Kindly note that prices shown for the Châteaux are based on parties of 10 people, + 6 people in the Trichot Cottage with additional numbers charged at £80 (GB pounds) per person/per week. Château du Trichot sleeps up to 11 adults & 4 children (+ 9 with Cottage), Château Cardou up to 15 adults + 6 children, plus cots. Château de Lamostonie up to 15 adults + 7 children (+ 4 with Pigeonnier) L’Ancienne Ferme sleeps 8 plus 1 - Long Winter lets may be available at greatly reduced prices. Rental of the Barn at Trichot with tables and chairs for up to 120 people is an additional £800. There is a new dance floor upstairs, we request No stilettos please! We can do some mid-week bookings out of Peak Season.

TO MAKE A BOOKING, please e-mail or telephone us, stating the Property and dates. We will answer any questions and tell you immediately if the property is still available, and if so, hold it for you for a few days until we receive your first payment, together with the booking form below . Joanna will provide payment details - ideally for a bank transfer, or please request a Paypal Invoice to pay with any card .

TO SECURE YOUR BOOKING we require a deposit of 50% of the total rent for the period, or 25% if booking prior to November for the following year. This will be acknowledged immediately, to confirm your booking. Please take out Insurance with Cancellation Cover, as we cannot offer refunds unless another tenant can be found. Full instructions for finding the property and the local agent will be sent to you at this time. The balance of the rent must be sent not later than 8 weeks before your arrival please.

Please note that these are private properties, swimming pools are now fenced, but safety is your responsibility we request that you carry your own insurance against accidents, illness and cancellation. We do hope you have a most enjoyable holiday.
